To ensure our system meets your marketing needs, **we provide a free plan** to all users upon registration. This free tier allows you to test our device connections, message compose tools, and campaign dispatch engine thoroughly before purchasing a paid subscription tier.

1. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees

Given the accessibility of our free plan for platform testing and validation, all payments made for premium subscription upgrades are strictly **non-refundable**.

2. Exceptions for Billing Errors

The only exception to our non-refundable policy is in the case of a verified billing error (e.g. you were charged multiple times for a single subscription, or an incorrect excess amount was processed).

If you believe you have experienced a billing error:

  • Please contact our support team immediately through our contact form.
  • Provide transaction details, billing invoices, and payment reference numbers.
  • Upon receiving your request, our finance team will audit the transaction logs.
  • If the billing error or excess charge is verified during the audit, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

3. Account Upgrades and Downgrades

Downgrading your account subscription level does not entitle you to partial refunds for remaining billing cycles. The downgraded limits will become active at the start of your next billing cycle.
