1. Usage & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast and the contact lists you import. By initiating broadcasts, you warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from the recipients and that your communications comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and messaging guidelines.

2. Account Safety, Suspension & WhatsApp Bans

Our application implements defensive human-mimicking delay patterns, randomize intervals, and auto-pause safeguards to mimic natural sending behavior and enhance account security.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that if recipients flag or report your messages or number as spam, WhatsApp may temporarily or permanently ban, restrict, or suspend your account. The application developers, owners, and company shall not be held responsible, liable, or accountable for any account blocks, number bans, loss of communications, or related damages resulting from your use of this platform.

We highly recommend deploying dedicated secondary business marketing lines rather than your main or personal communication lines for all broadcasting activities.

3. Data Access & Separation of Ownership

All campaigns, templates, devices, and message lists are private and accessible only under your direct credentials. We do not access, review, inspect, or have visibility into your linked WhatsApp devices, templates, campaign details, or messages sent/received. The system executes campaigns on your behalf, keeping all sending logs strictly within your dashboard container.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, codebase, interface layouts, logos, designs, and systems integrated within the platform remain the exclusive property of PingBulk and its developers. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes agreement to the amended terms.
